Not so many weekends ago, I headed to John Lewis early on the Saturday morning and went straight for the Benefit Counter. Benefit, in case you've been living under a rock or don't have any interest in their products, have realised some brand new EyeBrow products, which claim to solve all of your brow worries.

As I have mentioned many times, my make-up rountine is simple and quick to do. As usually I am in a rush or just want to get out and about so I do not have time to spend hours on making my eyebrows 'on point'. I really do go through phases with my eyebrows, some weeks I can't go out of the housewithout filling them in and other times I will forget about doing them at all.

So... with an open mind I headed to see what the new Benefit range was all about. We heard all about the new range and how the products can work together for different looks. I didn't realise there were so many eyebrow products you could use actually, as I have only really tried a powder and gel or an eyebrow pencil.

We then got the chance to try them out for ourselves. I think I used the wrong products for me personally as they were just too dark and I really wasn't impressed with how they looked afterwards. I just felt that they looked too full and no matter how many times I tried to blend this out, I just couldn't get the look I was after.

I  spoke to one of the ladies and explained how I wanted them to look and she explained that I should use Gimme Brow Volumising Eyebrow Gel and then the Goof Proof eyebrow Pencil.  (Not the products I had tested out that failed to give me the look I wanted). Following this recommendation I was impressed with how easy it was to create this natural looking effect, though they still did look fuller. I am usually not a huge fan of someone else doing my makeup but I was so glad that I asked, as I loved my brows eventually and I was shown how to create this look at home.

I then bought Gimme Brow Voluming Eyebrow Gel and got Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil free with a deluxe goodie bag when I brought another Benefit product, how lucky was that? So this meant I could use and test out the products at home. I have been using these products a lot over the past week and it has allowed me to do my brows on-the-go.

I really do enjoy this range, I think there is something for everyone, if you do like you 'Instagram Brows' or something a little more natural like me. Benefit also have a product out which is a Conditioning Eyebrow Primer, which I have never heard of before but I am keen to try out.

Have you tried anything in this new Benefit range?
