Golden Wonder

After hearing all about Golden Wonder; £3.75, at the Nottingham Secret Santa event a few months ago, I knew I had to try it out. A lot of care and attention goes into this bath bomb, as it takes several days to make. This is because there are little bath bombs hiding inside one another, like Russian dolls, and each needs time to dry and set.

I had high hopes for the bath bomb for when it exploded into the water and I was not disappointed. The golden parcel creates a glowing colour in your bath and then the little surprises start to appear, leaving mermaid looking bath water. This is officially now my favourite bath bomb as I loved the colours it left in the bath and the citrusy scents left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I think this bath bomb is a perfect way to relax after a stressful busy festive day as it contains lime and orange oil, scents which I find instantly uplifting and fresh.

I was worried about the golden shimmer of the bath bomb as I find glittery products can irritate my skin as it is really sensitive. The glitter tended to stay swirling around in the water, so I wasn't left looking like a Christmas decoration from the glitter nor bright red after itching my skin.

I love this product and am a little gutted that this product is not available all year round, as I would be making this a regular purchase. This product is sadly no longer sold online as it was a festive bath bomb, but there may still be a few in shops having a Christmas sale, so you will need to be quick if you want to get your hands on Golden Wonder.
